Mini Strawberry Cake

Mini Strawberry Cake - I made these "prototype" strawberry mini cakes for an upcoming bridal shower. The base of the cake is plain white cake but instead of using water, i used about one pound of strawberry, pureed them and saved nothing but the liquid, then add to cake batter. It has all the essence of a strawberry cake. Turned out really great!

Fun lettering on top said "Yummy!!" plus fun candies for decoration.

Boat of View

Finland.

Old traditional wooden tar coated boat. You dont see these enough anymore when everything has to be plastic or glass fibre.
Well its not my boat as ours is of glass fibre haha of course. Need to go boating and fishing soon, evening lake is very inviting.
