European Holly (Ilex aquifolium) with berries
Taken in the park during a walk on a sunny morning. The yellow and orange leaves of the trees in the background created a lovely light effect in my opinion. I really like how this photo turned out.

Music Lesson
A co mi tam, pospamię dzisiaj. Wynudziłam się przez cały dzień jak jasna cholera, bo mnie ominęło trochę lekcji z powodu nieobecności niejednego nauczyciela. A tablice i biała kreda są takie kuszące...
To, co jest na środku (czyli Da Kurlzz i Faliti) jest efektem nudy mojej, po lewej, te śliczne nóżki, to dzieło Jadzi, a to po prawej to jakaś tam figura geometryczna.
Gdyby chłopacy z HU uczyli mnie muzyki, to by to był mój najulubieńszy przedmiot. Fajnie by było, gdyby Da Kurlzz uczył gry na perkusji, Danny śpiewu, a Funny Man tańca (żebyście widzieli, jak on na koncertach tańcuje |D).
Ach, wtedy to uwielbiałabym szkołę.

A Place To Relax In The Storm
A couple days ago here in Denver we had quite an amazing storm roll in. I stood in awe photographing it from Sloan's Lake as the clouds swirled and dance as they came in over the Rockies. I was absolutely amazed at what I was seeing and witnessing, if this had been Spring, I would have fully expected to hear tornado sirens as the convection was amazing. certainly something I would expect to see on the eastern plains and not in Denver in January. This lone park bench though caught my eye and I liked the message it sort of gave when I looked at it in my viewfinder, sort of a place to ponder, think, a calm in the storm if you will. I decided to capture it in HDR which I knew would bring out the atmosphere and the drama in that sky even more.

Jack Frost- Impish
Another shot of Jack Frost 2.0, and yes my feet were very cold XD
This time around I made the frost by putting my thumb against the centre of a bristle brush, which made it fan out. I then watered down white paint A LOT and with that I patted the brush against the hoodie. I did firmer "patting" at the base of the neck, shoulder and around the pocket/cuffs and went lighter as I went up. I also added in light strokes with the brush that I did in a loose criss-cross pattern because there is a fibrous pattern to ice/frost. After that was done I watered down some white paint (this time with less water) and did the same thing but as a more visible layer.
After that was all down I finished off the frost with light spraying of silver spray paint.
The pants were done in a very similar way except that there was brown spray paint used to give the pants the "rough'd up" look.
