Today (well, months ago at the time of posting this one.) my friends and I took a long drive north of the city to a cool location called the Badlands. It was absolutely PERFECT for gurren lagann - looks just like the surface in the anime! There were a lot of families there because it was a holiday, so we got a LOT of weird looks and people taking pictures from far away, but.. oh well! I had a lot of fun.

Yoko's been a dream cosplay of mine for YEARS, and it was lack of confidence that stopped me from ever cosplaying her. But after encouragement and help from my boyfriend, I finally had the balls to wear her to a convention, and i'm really happy I did! <3

I've decided to quit my 365 project. I don't want to upload something I'm not proud of and I don't want bad images to be associated with me!
While a 365 project sure is a great thing and works perfectly for some people, it's definitely not my thing. I need more time to work on more elaborate concepts.

I'm experimenting a lot with film right now, so this is probably the last digital picture you'll see from me in a while
