This photo was taken on July 27th 2012 at Sawtell Headland, After the rain and hailed passed from a storm that hit Coffs Harbour that afternoon there was a pretty decent sunset that I missed but as I was driving around with friends I noticed some lightning out at sea after the sun had set and I quickly made the decision to go to the beach, I drove home to get my camera gear then drove to Sawtell Headland to get a few shots of the storm which was something good to watch as there were constant strikes every couple of seconds. I was shooting the storm for a good hour then the storm started to die down and also started to get cold as it got pretty windy so I decided to pack up and go home. This was the end result from that nights storm. Enjoy!
