Witness the power of nature...
I know this image won't get a lot of recognition (let's face it, it's not the most enticing thumbnail out of the bunch), but its uniqueness has prevented me from throwing this one in the trash. This was taken during a quick snowstorm last year, when we received about 3 inches of snow in an hour Pretty crazy rates! At the point this was taken, we were at least averaging a 3 in/hr rate. I shot this looking straight up into the sky, into the blizzard above. As you can see, the flakes were massive, and they provided an incredible amount of depth and texture
