Something so Sad

There was something utterly sad in this scene. She was sitting alone in this merry go around. And had a ride alone. It was fair time, lots of children around, and she was alone...
I am always aware how lucky I was growing up with my siblings, but when I saw this, that feeling was even stronger, even more because this photo is taken on my sisters 35th birthday.
