I don't know about the rest of Canada but Vietnamese Noodle Restaurants (Pho) are very popular in Calgary! So about a year or two ago I thought "Hey, I wonder if there's a best from all these places?"
I ended up documenting my little escapades to find the best bowl of "Pho Tai" in the city, here's a total of 50 I've tried so far! (I'm not stopping, haha)
