shed Tarantula skin

I know this will creep some folks out, but I think the way a tarantula sheds its skin is magnificent.
Here is the newly cast outside of "Steptoe" , my pet roseback tarantula. See how there is a port to withdraw each leg and pedipalp? The top of the thorax just pops open to let the spider out in her new fuzzy coat. You gotta admit, that is pretty elegant
