Rolo Cupcakes

Rich, moist chocolate cupcakes with silky buttercream, topped with Rolo's.

My best friend and his girlfriend are moving into their first house so, as I am no good with lifting boxes thanks to a weak back I thought I would bake them some treats for their busy weekend of rushing about.

As always for a nice moist chocolate cake I used my go to recipe which I absolutely adore.
