We carved two pumpkins, I'm prepping the seeds for cooking! Ever had pumpkin seeds? They're best when you make them yourself! Here's how!
How to make your own pumpkin seeds
Preheat oven to 300F.
Wash your collected pumpkin seeds.
Spread them on a cookie sheet, still wet and slimy.
Salt them. I salt mine heavily, be generous with your salt.
Bake for 15 minutes, then stir them and salt them again.
Repeat
Repeat
Repeat as many times as you like, 45 minutes worked for me and my batch of seeds. Taste them between bakes, they should be crunchy.

Please don't be shy, I request critique to learn how to get better. My feelings will not be hurt, everyone still needs to learn!
My work is my property, not meant for stock, and not to be used without my permission, especially outside this website. Please ask me first!
